System Requirements:
The following (links) are system requirements that are free and dowloadable from Microsoft. Three of these requirements are pre installed if you are running Win XP or 2K. If running Windows XP or 2K, make sure to run the Windows update to bring the DOT NET framework and MDAC to their latest revisions. Binary Editor was designed to fit on a 800x600 screen size. The minimum system performance is going to depend on the amount of data that is trying to be analyzed. The more data be analyzed the more processor and ram that is required. It is recommended to not use anything less than a Pentium II.
