Custom Ford Barra ECU Conversion – PCM Reflash Only

BPRacing offers a professional Ford ECU/PCM conversion and reflash service designed for Barra and selected Ford DOHC engine conversions into non-factory applications.

This service is ideal for engine swaps where the factory Ford ECU is being retained but needs to be modified to operate correctly outside the original vehicle.

Conversions are available for selected Ford engines including:

• 4.0L Barra Naturally Aspirated
• 4.0L Barra Turbo
• Boss 260
• Boss 290
• Boss 315
• Other compatible Ford DOHC applications

What We Can Configure

Depending on the ECU and application, your PCM can be configured for:

• PATS / factory immobiliser removal
• Manual or automatic transmission operation
• Engine conversion use
• Custom tuning to suit engine modifications
• Conversion-specific calibration requirements
• Removal or adjustment of unnecessary factory functions where supported

Supported ECU families include EEC-IV, EEC-V and PowerPC-based Ford ECUs.

Manual or Automatic Conversions

Whether your conversion is running a manual or automatic transmission, we can configure supported ECUs to suit your combination.

The PCM is supplied programmed and ready to be installed into your conversion, subject to the vehicle being correctly wired and configured.

Custom Calibration

Each ECU can be custom calibrated to suit the engine combination and supported modifications.

BPRacing uses protected/encrypted calibrations on applicable conversions. These calibrations are not designed to be accessed or modified using HP Tuners.

Please Note

This product is for the PCM/ECU reflash and conversion service only.

The customer can either:

• Supply their existing compatible ECU/PCM for programming; or
• Purchase an exchange ECU where available.

Wiring, sensors, engine hardware and other conversion components are not included unless specifically stated.
