The Mountune m235 power upgrade for the Mk8 Fiesta ST provides a substantial uplift in the performance of the ST’s 1.5-litre 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine. Also, it safely raises power and torque output and improves performance and drivability. Additionally, it includes a host of functionality which is unique to Mountune.

As with all Mountune upgrades, this one had to pass our own stringent durability testing criteria. Our testing criteria involve additional months of in-cylinder pressure monitoring to ensure engine robustness, whilst retaining all safety parameters. As a result, you can have complete peace of mind that you’re not just buying the best ‘first stage’ upgrade for your Fiesta ST, but also the most robust aftermarket calibration.

The peak power increases to 235PS, while the torque lifts to 350Nm. However, the substantial increase throughout the rev-range, as well as the way that the torque is delivered, really transform the driving experience. This is evident from the power graphs,

The mTune SMARTflash app allows you to easily DIY install and update calibrations to your ECU. Also, you need nothing more than our app, the supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your Smartphone. No laptop, no wires, no handsets – no problem!

The latest version of SMARTflash also provides additional functionality. Such functions include fully configurable gauge displays using the OBD data-stream, comprehensive data-logging and a built-in performance meter.

Please note: in order to update to our SMARTflash V2 release, you will need to download our partner app ‘ECU Connect’. Selecting ‘Mountune‘ from the tuner menu will grant full access to the SMARTflash V2 features.

Important: In order to achieve and maintain performance and reliability, the m235 upgrade should be used in conjunction with the hardware listed below. In order to achieve peak performance, 97RON+ fuel should be used. However, it remains perfectly safe to use everyday, and for all uses on 95RON fuel.
