📝 Installation Instructions (Summary):

  1. Handle with care – Do not drop injectors or let dirt enter them.

  2. Remove old O-rings using a small pick.

  3. Install new O-rings by rolling them into place with your fingers.

    • Top and bottom O-rings are both black Viton.

  4. Reassemble in correct order: bottom O-ring → pintle cap.

  5. To remove old inlet filters:

    • Use a small sheet metal screw and vise grip.

    • Twist and gently pull to remove filter.

  6. To install new filters:

    • Tap in gently with a small hammer while supporting the injector body (do not press against a hard surface).

  7. Pintle caps:

    • Remove carefully with a utility knife or side cutters.

    • Use a 10mm socket to seat new caps after O-ring and spacer are installed.

⚠️ Avoid damaging the injector’s pintle tip or orifice plate at all stages.
