- Send the ECU to BPR.
- We inspect, diagnose, repair and test the ECU.
- The repaired ECU is returned ready for refitting.

You must send your original ECU to BPR. A replacement ECU is not included with this service.

ECU Diagnosis & Repair Limitations
Starting, injector and fuel pump faults are not always caused by the ECU.
Similar symptoms may also result from:
- Vehicle wiring faults
- Poor power or earth connections
- Relays or fuses
- Ignition system faults
- Fuel system faults
- Sensors or actuators
- Connector or harness damage
This service covers faults identified within the ECU itself. Repairing the ECU will not correct faults elsewhere in the vehicle.
ECUs with severe corrosion, extensive PCB damage, fire or water damage, major component failure or previous unsuccessful repair work may require additional labour or may not be economically repairable.
If substantial additional work is required, BPR will advise before proceeding where practical.
