Every injector undergoes our comprehensive 8-stage refurbishment process.

1. Initial Flow Test & Analysis

2. Ultrasonic Cleaning

Injectors are ultrasonically cleaned while electronically pulsed to remove varnish, carbon deposits and contaminants.

3. Flow Uniformity Test

4. Leak Test

Injectors are pressure tested to verify they seal correctly when closed.

5. Spray Pattern Test

Each injector is inspected to ensure proper atomisation and spray pattern.

6. Injection Performance Test

7. Minimum Pulse Width & Automatic Cleaning Test

The purchase price of $220 is payable in addition to your exchange injectors.

Step 5

Once payment has been received and your injectors have passed inspection, your professionally reconditioned replacement set will be dispatched.

• Exchange is for 6 Genuine Ford FG/FGX Naturally Aspirated injectors only
• Exchange injectors must be genuine, complete and suitable for refurbishment
• Damaged, modified or non-genuine injectors may incur additional charges or be rejected
• Replacement injectors will not be shipped until payment and exchange injectors have been received and approved
