All work is performed using genuine Ford IDS Integrated Diagnostic Software, the same dealer-level platform used by Ford dealerships. This ensures correct vehicle configuration, compatibility, and reliable operation.

Our BCM software repair service is designed to recover and restore the original module wherever possible.

• Physically damaged
• Completely non-communicative
• Not recoverable through software repair
• Damaged by voltage spikes or wiring faults

Cloning Service Includes:

• Full extraction of original BCM data where possible
• Flash and EEPROM data recovery
• VIN data transfer
• PATS / immobiliser data transfer
• Key information transfer
• Vehicle configuration / as-built data transfer
• Programming onto a compatible donor BCM

Advanced Direct Processor Access Surcharge — From $150.00

Some BCMs sent to us will not communicate using the standard vehicle connector or normal bench connection method. This can occur when the BCM has severe software corruption, failed programming, internal circuit faults, water damage, or processor-level communication issues.

In these cases, the BCM may need to be physically opened so we can perform direct processor-level access for recovery, repair, or cloning.

Direct Processor Access May Be Required For:

• No-communication BCMs
• BCMs that cannot be read through the standard connector
• Failed or interrupted programming attempts
• Severe firmware or EEPROM corruption
• Voltage spike or wiring-related damage
• Water-damaged or partially failed modules
• BCMs requiring cloning where data cannot be extracted normally

• Case opening and controlled access to the PCB

• Flash data extraction

Important Notes Regarding Opened BCMs

Some BCMs must be physically opened to attempt recovery or cloning. This is only performed when standard diagnostic or bench communication methods are unsuccessful.

All care is taken during the process; however, modules that are water damaged, burnt, previously opened, corroded, or internally failed may already be beyond repair.

Data recovery or cloning success depends on the condition of the processor, memory areas, PCB, and power circuits.
